How Love My Nurse’s Physical Therapy team cares for patients

Physical Therapy (PT) aids patients in their recovery from illnesses, functional limitations, disabilities and community/social limitations. A member of our PT team will come to your home to evaluate and treat issues affecting—among other things—strength and range of motion.

PT  uses proven exercises and interventions to improve a patient’s quality of life. This includes making recommendations if equipment is needed in the home to maximize patient safety, such as wheelchairs, walkers, etc.

PT treat a variety of diagnoses, including:

  • Generalized weakness
  • Rehabilitation (neurological, post-injury or post-surgical)
  • Lymphedema management
  • Vertigo
  • Pain assessment

Original Medicare covers 100 percent of the cost.
