Love My Nurse's home health services are delivered on a daily, biweekly, or weekly basis, depending on the unique needs of the client. Medicare will cover the cost of most services provided but we can arrange any care on a private pay basis.
Sometimes an individual requires a short term plan of home health care. Our respite team is dedicated to ensuring your loved one is taken care of during an illness or recovery process. We have knowledgeable home health care staff that will communicate with family, physician, or specialist to ensure you have the quickest recovery time possible. Our Medicare Certified and Nationally Accredited team of professionals will ensure your loved one is in good hands.
Love My Nurse also offers the convenience of a personal transportation attendant for physician appointments or other various activities our clients want to participate in. Family members or loved ones have opportunity to know that credible information is being communicated between patient and physician or that a trusted person is assisting with outside stimulation. We know the complexities of geriatric home health care so let us deliver our outstanding home health services to your family today.
